The Little Elm Area Youth Sports Association of Cheerleading strives to provide the highest quality of youth sports for its citizens.  The LEAYSA Cheer Coaches Code of Conduct, Team Mom Code of Conduct, Parent Code of Conduct and Cheerleader Code of Ethics work to establish minimum behavior and performance standards  for Coaches, Team Moms, Parents, Cheerleaders and LEAYSA Cheer Directors respectively. These Codes of Conduct/Ethics can be found on the Bylaws/Handbook tab at www.leaysa.com/cheer.  Complaints must be filed within 48 hours of said incident.  The 48 hour rule can only be extended in circumstances when a child has not come forth with the allegation until a later time. The A&D committee must hold a meeting within 5 days, and all parties must receive notification, and have a minimum of 48 hours to prepare.

Please use the following process when filing a complaint:

1. Discuss the issue with your coach or person directly, when children are not present.
2. If you are not satisfied, please complete the following A&D Complaint form.  An A&D Committee member or member of the LEAYSA Cheer Board will contact you shortly confirming receipt and may request other information and/or attendance at a hearing.
